Phacil's Quality Assurance Program

Phacil’s Continuous Process Improvement Methodology is the basis of our Quality Management System (QMS) and is founded on the principles of ISO9001:2000, for which we attained registration in October 2008 (#41072-2008-AQ-USA-RvA). We establish, monitor and continually assess metrics at corporate, program, Task Order and employee levels. The QMS consists of policies, plans, procedure documentation, and processes integrated in order to facilitate contract support in operations management, and most importantly, provide our customers with quality services. Phacil’s QMS provides a Quality model of day-to-day operations, fulfilling the requirements of the contract, and achieving customer satisfaction. The QMS manages a variety of processes used to ensure quality, including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Document and Record Review, and Control of Nonconforming Services. All areas are measured against the expectation for 100% customer satisfaction and are continually monitored in the WorkZone platform – an enterprise program control system to address operational and administrative actions, including schedules, performance levels and funding.
The automated tool, WorkZone, is used to establish a web based work place, integrate quality metrics, and monitor cost, schedule and delivery to surpass customer expectations. The system fosters collaboration between Phacil’s Quality Manager and management, as well as personnel in Finance, Contracts, and Operations to nurture contract success, quality control, and continuous process improvement. With WorkZone,
Phacil is able to readily tailor quality assurance plans to individual task
orders.
